"We couldn't have asked for better..."

"I came in with a general idea of what I wanted. [Terri] listened and gave me drawings that I never imagined. I gave her a picture of a kitchen I'd seen in a magazine that was my style and she brought out products and materials that were perfect."

"...very customer focused and customer service oriented."

"We did a major renovation in our kitchen and redid two baths. From the beginning, Terri shared many ideas, listened intently to understand our needs and knew exactly what we were looking for. She was a pleasure to work with all the way around and we would highly recommend Hermitage Kitchen Design Gallery as a result of our experience with Terri."

"We have high praise for Hermitage..."

"We were not easy clients - after agreeing to a design, we changed our minds and requested a total shift. Terri was consistently cheerful, kind, and fun to work with. Also, during the job, Terri was responsive to each and every request, and the workmanship that Hermitage provided in executing the job was top notch."
